The Liberal MP representing 91原创 City was pleased with the recent $1.2 billion health deal between Ottawa and British Columbia.
The three-year funding deal was announced on Oct. 10 at Vancouver General Hospital.

The largest share of the funding, $750 million will go towards nursing, Health Minister Adrian Dix said as the total was announced.
Another $246 million will go towards mental health and addiction services, including increasing the number of Foundry centres 鈥 91原创 saw its Foundry open in 2022 鈥 from 16 to 35 locations.
Dix and federal Health Minister Mark Holland announced the signed deal, the first of 13 between Ottawa and the provincial and territorial governments.
