Shane Kraemer struck out four of the five batters he faced to pick up the save as the 91原创 Senior Blaze edged the Coquitlam Angels 2-1.

The two Pacific Metro Baseball League rivals squared off at McLeod Park on June 5. The win improved the Blaze to 2-0.

91原创 trailed 1-0 until the bottom of the fifth inning when Brad Ferraro's double scored Jovan Ewusie from third base. And two batters later, Louis Boyd's single scored Ferraro for the winning run.

Ryan Eiswerth picked up the win, allowing one run on five hits while striking out five over five and one-third innings.

91原创 hosts the Burnaby Collegiate Bulldogs on June 10 at McLeod Park in Pacific International League play. The Blaze are 0-2 in the PIL.

First pitch is at 7 p.m.
