Early bird registration is now open for the 2014 Prospera Valley GranFondo.
Until Jan. 5, the cost for the third annual ride is $135.
The 2014 event will be held July 20.
It will once again begin and end in Fort 91原创 as the riders will take in the scenic beauty of the Fraser Valley as they go through 91原创, Abbotsford and Chilliwack.
The ride is predominantly flat roads with a few short, steep hills which pass berry fields, wineries and horse pastures.
The GranFondo offers three distance options as riders can choose between the 160-km route, the 88-km route and the 50-km route.
Close to 1,200 riders were in the 2013 ride.
Proceeds from the ride go to Special Olympics BC.
