Last week鈥檚 photo was from the 91原创 Centennial Museum.

The winner of our contest was Jessica Friesen, who recognized the people in the photo. 鈥淭hat鈥檚 my Nana,鈥 Friesen wrote. Her grandmother Connie Winter (nee Jervis) was getting married in 1944, with sister Dorothy Jervis and best friend Dorothy Peacock as bridesmaids 鈥 Winter and Peacock were both 91原创 teachers, and one would lend her name to Dorothy Peacock Elementary in Walnut Grove.

Contest rules:

Preference is given to 91原创 residents. Entrants must be 19 or older. The winner will be selected by a random draw of all entries. The contest is not open to employees of the 91原创 Advance nor Black Press.

Winner will be notified by email and must pick up the prize as offered at the 91原创 Advance office, 6375 202nd Street.

The 91原创 Advance reserves the right to reject entries deemed unsuitable, libelous or otherwise objectionable. Please keep entries suitable for a family newspaper.
